2002 Cross Country Season (Junior): Finished sixth individually at the NCAA Championship to earn All-American honors for the second straight season and help Stanford win the NCAA title ... Named the West Region Athlete of the Year for the second consecutive season after winning his second straight NCAA West Regional title ... Placed third at the Pac-10 Championship to earn first team All Pac-10 honors ... Finished second at the Notre Dame Invitational and sixth at the Pre-NCAA Meet giving him top six finishes in all five of his races.
2001 Cross Country Season (Sophomore): The 2001 Pac-10 Cross Country Athlete of the Year ... The NCAA West Regional Cross Country champion ... Named an All-American after finishing seventh at the NCAA Championships leading the Cardinal to a runnerup team finish ... 2000 Cross Country Season (Freshman): Competed on Stanford's title winning Pac-10 team where he finished seventh overall ...
