Stanford: A Three-time All-American whose versatility has been a valuable resource for the cross country squad... Earned his first All-American honor as a member of Stanford's distance medley relay team that finished fourth at the 2005 NCAA Indoor Championships... Gained a second All-American honor as part of the Cardinal distance medley relay team that finished eighth at the 2006 NCAA Indoor Championships... Earned his third All-American honors while running the 800 meter leg on Stanford's distance medley relay team capturing the 2007 NCAA Championship title... A 2005 Big Meet champion in the 800 meters... His best time of 1:48.9 in the 800 meters, run at the 2006 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships, is two-hundredths of a second off of Stanford's all-time Top-10 list... Will add depth to a talented cross country squad.

2005 Cross Country Season (Sophomore): Finished 11th in the 4,000 meters at the Stanford Invitational, helping the Cardinal to team victories in both races.
2004 Cross Country Season (Freshman): Did not compete.
2003 Cross Country Season: Redshirted.
High School: Two-time New Mexico state high school champion in the 800 meters... 2002 state champion and state meet record-holder in the 400 meters (48.10)... Named the 2003 New Mexico and Gatorade Track Athlete of the Year, as well as a the 2003 Santa Fe High School Athlete of the Year... Valedictorian.
