High School: Rowed for Mercer Junior Rowing Club. 2002-2004 raced in Varsity 8+. 2004 Varsity 8+ finished third at Northeast Juniors Regionl Regatta. Four-year Varsity Swimmer. 2001 Rookie of the year. Also swam on USS team X-cel. Graduated with honors. Literature and Japanese language awards. National Merit Scholar.
Personal: East Asian Studies major. Post-grad plans are to work for humanitarian relief in China. Career goal is to work for the United Nations. Spent last summer interning with the Japan Society in NYC and studying in Kyoto, Japan. Active in University Singers and Viennese Ball - Opening Ball committee and performer. Hobbies are singing, dancing, and reading. Has two brothers, Christopher and Ian. Parents Carol and Jean-Hervé Prévost both attended Stanford. Born in Princeton, NJ.
Why I chose to attend Stanford: Fell in love with the University and town in third grade.
What I love most about rowing for Stanford: The teammates and coaches. The feeling of the boat flying over the water.
