Stanford: Battled back from injuries to gain All-American status in the 1,500 meters at the 2006 NCAA Outdoor Championship Has been a solid performer for the Cardinal in both cross country and track Will be counted on for leadership after a breakthrough season last spring.
2005 Cross Country Season (Junior): Finished 35th at the NCAA West Regional Helped the Cardinal to a sixth-straight team title at the Pac-10 Championship.
2004 Cross Country Season (Sophomore): Placed seventh in the 8,000 meters at the Stanford Invitational.
2003 Cross Country Season (Freshman): Finished ninth in the 4,000 meters at the Stanford Invitational, helping the Cardinal claim wins in both races.
2002 Cross Country Season: Redshirted.
International Competition: Represented the United States in the 1,500 meters at the 2001 World Youth Championships in Debrecen, Hungary, finishing eighth in the final.
High School: 2001 and 2002 Florida state high school champion in the 1,600 and 3,200 meters 2002 indoor All-American in the 3,200 meters Represented the U.S. in the 1,500 meters at the World Youth Games Three-time state champion in cross country.
