The 1999 Season: In his first season as the Cardinal punter, he averaged 36.4 yards per punt with 16 inside the 20...Had a key 32-yard run from punt formation in the UCLA game...On that play, took a mishandled snap from center and raced 32-yards from midfield to the Bruin 18-yard line to set up a critical touchdown for Stanford...Season best was 54-yards at Texas...Named Honorable Mention Academic All-Pac-10.
