Stanford Men's Soccer Team Enters Top 10

Top-10 Ranking Believed to be the First in School History

STANFORD, Calif. - The Stanford men's soccer team entered the Top 10 of the NSCAA/Umbro Top 25 poll this week at #10. It is believed to be the highest national ranking in the team's history. The Cardinal, still undefeated at 9-0-1 and riding a 15-game unbeaten streak, climbed one spot from their former position on the heels of a 3-0 victory over Harvard and a 0-0 double-overtime tie with then-#22-Dartmouth in the Stanford-Nike Invitational this past weekend. Dartmouth has since climbed all the way up to #12.

Stanford returns to action this week as it travels north to battle Mountain Pacific Sports Federation rival and eighth-ranked Washington on Friday, October 10 at 1:00 p.m.
