BERKELEY, Calif.- Saturday’s match between No. 4 Stanford and No. 14 California was postponed due to expected rain in the forecast.
The contest has been rescheduled for Saturday, March 8, at 12 p.m. The Pac-12 counting match for both teams is slated for April 19 on The Farm.
The Cardinal (7-0), which is idle until next week’s match, was coming off a 7-0 shutout of Florida in its most recent action.
Stanford is well represented in the latest edition of the national rankings. The entire singles lineup is ranked: Kristie Ahn (5),Taylor Davidson (21), Carol Zhao (31), Caroline Doyle (32), Ellen Tsay (35) and Krista Hardebeck (39).
Additionally, two doubles teams are ranked: Ahn/Zhao (14) and Davidson/Tsay (37).
