EUGENE, Ore. – Lili Thompson scored 14, Amber Orrange added 13 and five assists and Kaylee Johnson hauled in 11 rebounds, but No. 19 Stanford dropped its regular-season finale at Oregon on Sunday afternoon, 62-55.

Jillian Alleyne registered her NCAA-best 27th double-double of the year, scoring 22 points with 12 rebounds for Oregon (13-16, 6-12). The result snapped the Cardinal's 18-game winning streak in the series and was the Ducks' first win over Stanford (21-9, 13-5) since Dec. 29, 2004.

The Cardinal had already locked up the No. 3 seed in the upcoming Pac-12 Tournament in Seattle by virtue of Oregon State's win over California on Saturday. Stanford, which has a bye into the quarterfinals, will await the winner of No. 6 UCLA and No. 11 Arizona and meet either the Bruins or Wildcats on Friday, March 6 at 2 p.m. The Cardinal has won 10 of the 13 tournament titles.

Following a tightly contested first half on Sunday, Oregon went on a 15-2 run early in the second to take control. With Stanford up four, 38-34, and 16:23 on the clock, the Ducks' Katelyn Loper was fouled taking a 3-pointer and hit all three at the line to ignite the stretch.

A pair of layups from Alleyne, finishes in the paint by Amanda Delgado and Drea Toler and free throws from Lexi Petersen and Delgado gave Oregon a 49-40 advantage with 10:35 left. Moments later, Delgado drilled a 3-pointer to score her last of 10 points on the afternoon and the Ducks led by their largest margin, 57-46.

The Cardinal was unable to respond, hitting just 3-of-10 from the floor in the final 6:30. Stanford, which was 5-of-12 from behind the arc in the first half, dipped to 1-of-13 on shots from distance in the second. The Ducks committed just five fouls all game and Kaylee Johnson was the only Cardinal player to get to the line, going 1-of-2.

Amber Orrange played her 140th game in a Cardinal uniform, just the eighth player in Stanford history to reach that number. She joined Kayla Pedersen (150), Jeanette Pohlen (150), Rosalyn Gold-Onwude (148), Jayne Appel (147), Chiney Ogwumike (145), Nnemkadi Ogwumike (145) and Joslyn Tinkle (142). Should the Cardinal play five more games this season, Bonnie Samuelson would join that group as well.

With 299 rebounds, Kaylee Johnson is one short of joining Pedersen (329) as the only Stanford freshmen to pull down 300. Bonnie Samuelson hit two more 3-pointers and with 222 in her career is just three shy of the Pac-12's all-time top 10.

Looking ahead, Stanford has a 35-3 all-time record at the Pac-12 Tournament and has never lost a quarterfinal game. Should that continue, the Cardinal's semifinal against No. 2 Arizona State, No. 7 Washington State or No. 10 Oregon would be at 6 p.m. on Saturday, March 7, while the championship game will be on ESPN at 6 p.m. on Sunday, March 8. The first three days will be televised on the Pac-12 Networks.

Stanford is 17-3 following a loss since 2010-11.
