Anderson started in Indianapolis’ first win of the season against Tennessee. He continued his impressive start to 2015 with one tackle and one QB hit while also pitching in on special teams.

Johnson Bademosi • DB • Cleveland Browns • 4th season • @j_bademosi24

Bademosi saw brief action on defense and contributed two special teams tackles in a 27-20 loss against Oakland.

Doug Baldwin • WR • Seattle Seahawks • 5th season • @DougBaldwinJr

Baldwin had 3 catches for 35 yards in the Seahawks first win of the season, a 26-0 victory against Chicago.

David DeCastro • G • Pittsburgh Steelers • 4th season 

The former All-American at Stanford played on 100% of Pittsburgh’s snaps in a 12-6 win over St. Louis on Sunday. The Steelers improved to 2-1.

Jim Dray • TE • Cleveland Browns • 6th season 

Dray started as a run-blocking tight end in a 27-20 loss against Oakland.

Ertz helped Philadelphia to a much-needed 24-17 win over the New York Jets. He finished the afternoon with two catches for 30 yards.

After seeing just one target in his first two games, Fleener was targeted 6 times in a win against Tennessee, hauling in 4 balls for 51 yards.

Toby Gerhart • RB • Jacksonville Jaguars • 6th season • @Toby_Gerhart

Previously hampered by an injury which kept him out of Jacksonville's first two games, Gerhart saw his first action of 2015 in a loss against New England. He finished the day with 3 carries for 10 yards and a fumble recovery.

Ryan Hewitt • H-B • Cincinnati Bengals • 2nd season • @Huey_85

Hewitt started at fullback in Cincinnati’s 28-24 win against Baltimore. The Bengals are 3-0 and have the 8th-best rushing offense in the NFL.

Andrew Luck • QB • Indianapolis Colts • 4th season 

With Indianapolis’ 35-33 win against Tennessee, Luck has now won his last 14 AFC South matchups. The former Cardinal finished 18/30 for 260 yards, 2 touchdowns and 2 interceptions.

Masifilo was inactive in a 19-9 loss against Houston.

After catching his first touchdown as a pro, it was only appropriate for Montgomery to take his first Lambeau Leap in Monday night’s win against Kansas City. He finished with two returns for 64 yards and two catches for 14 yards and a touchdown.

Murphy started against the New York Giants Thursday night, finishing with 3 tackles while playing on both defense and special teams.

Parry recorded his first NFL sack Sunday against Tennessee, bringing down Marcus Mariota 8 yards behind the line of scrimmage. He added 2 tackles and a QB hit and has started all three of Indianapolis’ games.

Peat’s usage is increasing, little by little. He was utilized several times in Sunday’s 27-22 loss against Carolina as an extra lineman on running plays.

Jordan Richards • DB • New England Patriots • 1st season 

Richards saw his most action to date in a 51-17 victory against Jacksonville. He played 53% of defensive snaps, 59% of special teams snaps and had two tackles with a pass defended.

Richard Sherman • CB • Seattle Seahawks • 5th season • @RSherman_25

Sherman did it all for Seattle in a 26-0 win. He made one tackle, defended a pass, played 100% of Seattle’s defensive snaps and returned a punt 64 yards on a perfectly-executed special teams trick play.

Skov played on special teams and defense in a loss against Arizona.

Stanford’s career leader in rushing yards had a special teams tackle and 4 carries for 6 yards in a 47-7 win against San Francisco.

Thomas started against Buffalo and played on 96% of special teams snaps and 60% of defensive snaps for Miami. He finished the afternoon with five tackles.

Levine Toilolo • TE • Atlanta Falcons • 3rd season • @LevineToilolo

Toilolo only caught 1 pass for 6 yards in a 39-28 victory against Dallas, but played on 85% of Atlanta’s offensive snaps to help DeVonta Freeman rush for 141 yards and 3 touchdowns. Toilolo also caught a 2-point conversion.

Whalen played on half of Indianapolis’ special teams plays against Tennessee, helping the Colts earn their first win of 2015.

Players on Injured Reserve

Alex Carter • CB • Detroit Lions • 1st season • @AlexCarter

The third-round pick sustained an ankle injury in training camp and will be sidelined through at least the first half of the 2015 season. 

Tyler Gaffney • RB • New England Patriots • 2nd season 

A former sixth-round pick, Gaffney was injured in the first week of Patriots training camp. After clearing waivers, the Patriots placed him on their short-term injury reserve list. 

Players on NFL Practice Squads


Cameron Fleming • OG • New England Patriots • 2nd season • @cammyjfresh

Fleming appeared in seven games with two starts as a rookie in 2014 with New England. The former fourth-rounder was named to the Patriots’ practice squad on Sunday. 

Ed Reynolds • S • Philadelphia Eagles • 1st season 

Reynolds spent last season on the Philadelphia practice squad. During the 2015 preseason, Reynolds had 13 tackles and two interceptions, both against the Colts on Aug. 16. 

James Vaughters • LB • Green Bay Packers • 1st season • @JVaught9

Vaughters went undrafted in 2015, but nonetheless earned a role in the Packers organization. Vaughters beat out Jermauria Rasco and Adrian Hubbard for a spot on the Packers’ practice squad. 

David Yankey • OG • Minnesota Vikings • 2nd season • @papa_yank

The former All-American at Stanford was selected in the fifth round of the 2014 draft by Minnesota.
