STANFORD, Calif. - Last Sunday evening it was announced that the Stanford women's basketball game against No. 22 George Washington on Saturday, November 21 will begin at noon.
The No. 15 Cardinal's home opener is one of three major athletic events happening on The Farm that day. Stanford also hosts an NCAA women's soccer tournament third-round match in Cagan Stadium at the same time as women's basketball. The 118th Big Game kicks off later that night at 7:30 p.m.
Some important details as it pertains to women's basketball on Saturday are below.
Parking
Permit required for Maples Lot
Parking Structure 7 (PS-7) will be staffed from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. for those with Maples (overflow) and PS-7 permits
Fans without permits coming to women's basketball can park in PS-7, but must communicate to the parking attendant the event they're attending
If PS-7 is full, additional free parking available in Wilbur Parking Lot further down Campus Drive East
PS-7 is first-come, first-served after noon
PS-7 is listed as Knight Management Center Garage on the attached map
Tickets
Fans with a football ticket interested in attending the women's basketball game can receive a free general admission seat to Stanford-George Washington by showing their Big Game ticket at the Maples Pavilion box office
General admission tickets are $10, reserved sideline seats are $20 and reserved chairbacks are $25. Tickets can be purchased by calling 800-STANFORD or visiting gostanford.com/tickets
