STANFORD, Calif. - After three home games to open the 2015-16 season, Stanford hits the road for the first time when the Cardinal makes the 58-mile trip across the Bay to Moraga, Calif. to face Saint Mary’s Sunday at 8 p.m. PT.

Sunday’s game will be televised nationally on ESPNU with Steve Quis and Adrian Branch on the call. The contest will also be carried live on KNBR 680 AM as Stanford alums Scott Reiss (play-by-play) and John Platz (analyst) have the call courtside.

RECORD VS. SAINT MARY'S, WEST COAST CONFERENCE
Stanford and Saint Mary’s have met 55 times previously, with the Cardinal owning a 40-15 edge in the series. The two Bay Area schools haven’t met since Dec. 14, 2002, when Stanford earned a 76-58 win at Maples Pavilion. The Cardinal’s last visit to Moraga was Dec. 27, 1988, a 65-64 win for Stanford. The Cardinal has won the last three in the series. Stanford is 181-75 all-time against the West Coast Conference.

OFFENSIVE PRODUCTION
Stanford is fourth in the Pac-12 in scoring, averaging 85.3 points. The scoring average is 13.2 points per game more than the Cardinal averaged in 37 games last season. Stanford also leads the Pac-12 in field goal percentage, shooting 52.1 percent from the field (85-of-163).

Stanford’s 93 points against Green Bay and Charleston Southern to open the season marked the first time in the Johnny Dawkins era in which the Cardinal scored at least 90 points in back-to-back games. Stanford last achieved the feat with 111 points in a victory over Harvard on Nov. 9, 2007 and 97 points the following game in a win over Northwestern State on Nov. 10, 2007.

DUNKS GALORE
Stanford’s first three games have produced 14 dunks by the Cardinal. Seven of Michael Humphrey’s 12 field goals this season have been dunks. Below is Stanford’s dunk counter for the year.

MARGIN OF VICTORY
Stanford’s 34-point win (93-59) over Charleston Southern on Nov. 15 was its largest margin of victory since it defeated Arkansas-Pine Bluff by 35 (74-39) on Dec. 29, 2014.

ROSCO ALLEN FROM DEEP
Senior Rosco Allen is averaging 16.0 ppg this season with eight of his 18 field goals on the season from three-point range. He leads the team in three-pointers made, shooting 53.3 percent (8-of-15) from beyond the arc this season. Allen recorded three, three-pointers last time out against SMU. He ranks fifth in the Pac-12 in three-point field goals and percentage this year.

MARCUS ALLEN MAKES SEASON DEBUT
After missing the first two games of the season with a foot injury, junior Marcus Allen made his season debut last time out against SMU. He entered the game at the 12:03 mark of the first half and finished the game with 18 points, three rebounds, two assists and a steal in 24 minutes of action. Allen averaged more than 15 points per game in Stanford’s six-game exhibition tour of Italy.

HUMPHREY SEEING DOUBLE
Sophomore Michael Humphrey posted double-doubles in the Cardinal’s first two games with 13 points and 11 rebounds against Green Bay and 13 points and 12 rebounds against Charleston Southern. He has four career double-doubles in 33 career games. Humphrey ranks fifth in the Pac-12 in rebounding, averaging 9.7 rpg this season.

SANDERS CONTROLS OFFENSE
Senior point guard Christian Sanders scored a career-best 23 points in 31 minutes of action in the season opener against Green Bay. He nearly doubled his previous career-high of 12 vs. Belmont during the 2012-13 season. In the Nov. 15 win over Charleston Southern, he recorded a career-high eight assists. Sanders has scored 34 points in his first three games this year, after totaling 24 playing in 35 games last season.

NEW LOOK LINEUP
Rosco Allen was the lone Cardinal from Stanford’s starting lineup in the 2015 postseason NIT Championship game against Miami who has started any of the Cardinal’s first three games this season. Stanford’s starting lineup in its last game vs. SMU (Rosco Allen, Reid Travis, Michael Humphrey, Dorian Pickens and Christian Sanders) has started a combined 72 games individually.
