Title IX prohibits discrimination on the basis of gender in educational programs and activities receiving federal assistance. Reporting Perceived Violations
Stanford Athletics believes it is the responsibility of every student-athlete, every employee, and every member of the Stanford community to assist with its efforts to fully comply with all laws, rules, policies and regulations. This includes compliance with all NCAA bylaws and Title IX. Each member of the Stanford Community is the eyes and ears of the Athletics Department. Therefore, when it comes to perceived violations, if you see something, say something!

Stanford values the efforts of everyone employee, staff member or other member of the Stanford community in reporting concerns. University policy prohibits retaliation and/or reprisals against an individual who in good faith reports or provides information university policy, NCAA bylaws or that is against the law. However, intentionally making a false report or providing false information is grounds for discipline.
