Change of Venue

STANFORD, Calif. – The Stanford women’s lacrosse team will face Bay Area rival, California, on Monday April 11 at Stanford Stadium, home of the 2016 Rose Bowl Champion Stanford football team. The game is the first time in program history that lacrosse will play in Stanford Stadium. Admission is free.

The Cardinal will move from its regular venue, Laird Q. Cagan Stadium, to Stanford Stadium for the game which is set for 5 p.m. and will be aired live on Pac-12 Networks. Fans are asked to enter the stadium through Gate 12 with seating available in sections 131-135 in the lower bowl. Signage as well as guest services representatives will be available to assist fans.

In addition, the Cardinal and Golden Bears will take to the field in support of One Love, an organization that works with young people across the country to raise awareness about the warning signs of abuse and activate communities to work to change the statistics around relationship violence.
