STANFORD, Calif. – The Stanford men’s volleyball team had four players recognized when the American Volleyball Coaches Association announced its All-America selections today.
The Cardinal led the nation with three players selected to the first team - seniors Conrad Kaminski and James Shaw, and sophomore Evan Enriques. Senior Madison Hayden received honorable mention accolades.
The selections bring Stanford’s total AVCA All-America award count to 55 honors spread over 25 players. It marks the second time in the past three seasons in which the Cardinal has produced four All-Americans.
Kaminski receives his third career honor after picking up honorable mention accolades in 2014 and 2015. Shaw is being recognized by the AVCA for the second time as he was a second team member in 2014. Enriques and Hayden are being honored for the first time in their careers.
