How to Exchange Your Tickets
1. Sign in to your online ticket account
2. Click on Exchange
3. Select your games to exchange and a quantity that matches the number of tickets you are exchanging
4. Select your delivery method (digital-only) and click “Submit Exchange” and you’re good to go
• Ticket exchange is free and exclusive to Stanford season ticket members. We hope you enjoy this benefit.
• Tickets may only be exchanged for the same quantity in the same sport – women’s volleyball tickets may not be exchanged for men’s soccer tickets.
• Exchanges are final, and your originally exchanged seats will immediately become available to other fans
• Exchanged tickets are not guaranteed to be adjacent to your existing season tickets.
• Ticket exchange is available online-only and must be completed 24 hours prior to the event.

Men's Basketball
Men's Basketball season tickets can be exchanged within three tiers for the 2016-17 season:
Tier 1 • Arizona, California, Oregon
Tier 2 • Arizona State, Washington State, Washington, Colorado, Utah, Oregon State
Tier 3 • Weber State, Colorado State, Saint Mary’s, Cal State East Bay, Idaho
Ineligible for Exchange • Cal State Northridge
Women's Basketball
Women's Basketball season tickets can be exchanged within three tiers for the 2016-17 season:
Tier 1 • Oregon State, California
Tier 2 • Texas, Oregon, Arizona, Arizona State, USC, UCLA, Colorado, Utah
Tier 3 • Cal Poly, Gonzaga, CSU Northridge, UC Davis, Yale
Ineligible for Exchange • UC San Diego (Exhibition)
Baseball
Baseball season tickets can be exchanged for any other regular season game for the 2017 season, excluding Firework's Night.
Women's Volleyball
Women's volleyball season tickets can be exchanged for any other regular season game.
Women's Soccer
Women's soccer season tickets can be exchanged for any other regular season game.
Men's Soccer
Men's soccer season tickets can be exchanged for any other regular season game.
Football
Football season tickets cannot be exchanged at this time.
