SANTA BARBARA, Calif. – Stanford wrapped up its Fall schedule with a one-two finish in the PCCSC Fall Coed Championships this past weekend.
Stanford's A-squad reeled off five consecutive wins to start the regatta and never looked back, finishing with 72 points overall. Junior skipper Will La Dow skippered the A-division, leading the Cardinal to seven wins and 10 top-two finishes in 14 races. Sophomore Kathryn Booker and senior J.P. Cannistraro served as crews in the A-division.
Freshman Jacob Rosenberg helped win the B-division for the A-squad, finishing in the top three 10 times with sophomore crew Cassie Obel.

Stanford's B-squad (114 points) beat out Santa Barbara (124) and Santa Barbara City College (126) for second place overall. Senior skipper and team captain Maeve White finished second in the A-division with sophomore crew Meg Gerli. The pair finished in the top five 10 times.
In the B-division, sophomore skipper Martina Sly and freshman crew Madeline Bubb finished third for Cardinal B. Sly and Bubb racked up eight top-two finishes over 14 races.
Stanford returns to action on Tuesday with the annual Big Sail, an exhibition between Stanford and Cal. The Big Sail includes four divisions – current student athletes, alumni (39 years and younger), masters (40-59 years old) and grand masters (60+ years old). The Cardinal will resume its regular competition schedule in the spring. Stanford's spring schedule will be announced in December.
