STANFORD, Calif. – No. 2 Stanford returns to action after taking a week off for the Winter Cup Challenge when it plays host to the International Collegiate Challenge Saturday at 4 p.m. (PT).
The Cardinal (12-0, 4-0 MPSF) will take on No. 9 California and the National Teams from Canada, Finland and Japan.
Saturday’s meet is the final regular season home event for Stanford this season and the seniors will be recognized for their commitment and contributions to the program.
The Cardinal has been dominant this season, remaining undefeated on the year while posting the best team score since the scoring system was adjusted with a 447.700 final against No. 8 California and No. 11 Michigan.
Stanford sent six gymnasts to the Winter Cup Challenge last week to pursue a spot on the U.S. Senior National Team. Akash Modi finished second in the all-around at the competition to retain his position on the team.

• California is led by junior all-arounder Kevin Wolting, who finished 12th overall this past weekend at the Winter Cup Challenge.
