Seattle locked up a first-round bye and the number two seed in the NFC playoffs with a 25-23 win at San Francisco. Baldwin started and played 70 percent of offensive snaps, catching two passes for 44 yards. The Seahawks will host Johnson Bademosi and the Detroit Lions this weekend in the NFC wildcard round.

DeCastro played every offensive snap at right guard for Pittsburgh's 27-24 overtime win against Cleveland on Sunday. Pittsburgh hosts Michael Thomas and the Miami Dolphins in the AFC wildcard round.

Dray started at tight end in San Francisco's 25-23 loss against Seattle, appearing on 34 percent of offensive snaps and 19 percent of special teams snaps.

Ertz had a career day in Philadelphia's 27-13 win against Dallas, leading the Eagles in virtually every offensive category. He was targeted 16 times – 10 more than any other Eagle – and caught a team-high 13 balls, which led the team by eight. His 139 receiving yards were the most on the team by 100 yards, also hauling in two touchdowns. On the field for 92 percent of offensive plays, Ertz helped Philadelphia run for 114 yards.

Luck led Indianapolis to a second-half comeback against Jacksonville to cap a career season. He finished 24 of 40 passing for 321 yards and two touchdowns, erasing a 17-3 halftime deficit. He threw a 1-yard touchdown to Jack Doyle with nine seconds remaining, and is a leading candidate for NFL Comeback Player of the Year after an injury-riddled 2015.

In limited snaps, Martinez filled up the stat sheet during Green Bay's 31-24 win against Detroit, which clinched the NFC North championship. He made three solo tackles, including two for loss, and recorded one sack for five yards on 15 defensive snaps. The Packers will host the New York Giants in the NFC wildcard round.

He filled up the stat sheet, finishing with four tackles, one sack for 10 yards, one tackle for loss, one quarterback hit and one pass defended. His 72.4 grade from Pro Football Focus was the fifth-highest of any Browns defender.
