LAS VEGAS, Nev. – Four Cardinal qualified for the Winter Cup finals after the qualifying rounds completed Thursday night at the Cashman Convention Center.
The Cardinal has three current members still competing with Akash Modi, Grant Breckenridge and Robert Neff advancing, while former Cardinal Eddie Penev ('13) also remains in the hunt.
In the overall, Akash Modi is ranked first with an 86.300 score – nearly two points higher than the second place finishers - while holding the overall high score of 14.850 in the parallel bars. Behind him is Robert Neff with an 82.450 score.
Grant Breckenridge ranks next at 9th with an 80.200 while tied for seventh in the high bar.
The final for the Winter Cup will take place Saturday, Feb. 18 at 6:15 p.m. PT in Las Vegas, Nev. For more information on live stats and video stream, please click here.
