    » More to come

Back-2-Back
» Junior Quinn Brodey earned back-to-back Pac-12 Baseball Player of the Week honors on March 7 and March 14. Brodey was the first player to win the award in back-to-back weeks since Washington State's Brian Wolfe in 2014, and the first Stanford player to do so since Jon Schaeffer in 1997.
» The week prior, Brodey was named Player of the Week, while roommate and junior reliever Colton Hock was named Pac-12 Pitcher of the Week. Brodey had walk offs in two straight games and the game-winning RBI in three consecutive games—all in 24 hours —to lead Stanford to a four-game series win over Texas. Both walk offs came with two outs. In that same 24-hour span, Hock went 2-0 with a 0.00 ERA in 5.0 innings, including a win in Game 1 of Saturday's doubleheader and a save in the nightcap.

Last WeekendLast Time Out
» Stanford was one strike away from winning the rubber match against UCLA, but fell 7-6 in 10 innings in the finale to drop the series at Sunken Diamond.
» On Thursday night, Stanford was held to just four hits and fell 2-0 in the series opener. Sophomore southpaw Kris Bubic and senior reliever Tyler Thorne surrendered just six hits, but were ultimately outdueled by Griffin Canning, who struck out 12 in a complete-game.
» On Friday night, freshman Andrew Daschbach came through with a two-out, pinch-hit, go-ahead RBI single in the third, and Matt Winaker gave the Cardinal a cushion with a two-out RBI single in the sixth. Hock threw 3.1 scoreless innings in relief to secure a 5-3 win.
» On Saturday, Stanford trailed 4-0 entering the sixth, but closed to within 5-3 after seven. Winaker hit a go-ahead three-run home run in the eighth inning, but UCLA brought home the tying run with two outs in the ninth, and added one in the 10th to steal away the game and the series.

No better way to celebrate 9??'s final home game against Cal than with a dub. #GoStanford #FinalSeas9n
