Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award Watch List
The Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award is given annually to the nation's outstanding senior or fourth-year quarterback in college football. Established in 1987, the award bears the name of the Pro Football Hall of Famer who was nicknamed "The Golden Arm".

Wuerffel Trophy Watch List
The Wuerffel Trophy, known as "College Football's Premier Award for Community Service," is presented annually by the All Sports Association in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Named after 1996 Heisman Trophy winning quarterback Danny Wuerffel from the University of Florida, the Wuerffel Trophy is awarded to the FBS player that best combines exemplary community service with athletic and academic achievement.

Dick Butkus Award Watch List
The Butkus Award, instituted in 1985, is given annually to the top linebacker in college football. An independent Butkus Award Selection Committee comprised of 51 experts, including professional, college and high school scouts, and prominent sports journalists, conduct the selection process.

Jim Thorpe Award Watch List
The Jim Thorpe Award was established in 1986 and is given to the top defensive back in college football. The award is named after one of history's greatest all-around athlete, Jim Thorpe. Thorpe excelled not only as a running back, passer, and kicker on the offensive side of the ball; but also stood out as a defensive back.

Bronko Nagurski Trophy Watch List
The Bronko Nagurski Trophy is awarded to college football's most outstanding defensive player. Nagurski was a standout at the University of Minnesota from 1927-29, and later with the Chicago Bears. He was a member of the inaugural College Football Hall of Fame and the inaugural NFL Hall of Fame classes.

Outland Trophy Watch List
Named after the late John Outland, an All-America lineman at Penn at the turn of the 20th century, the Outland Trophy is award to the best interior lineman - offensive or defensive - in college football.

Bednarik Award Watch List
The Chuck Bednarik Award is presented annually to the defensive player in college football as judged by the Maxwell Football Club. The award is named for Chuck Bednarik, a former college and professional American football player.

Ray Guy Award Watch List
Given to colllege football's top punter, the Augusta Sports Council created the Ray Guy Award in 2000 to honor College Football Hall of Fame inductee Ray Guy. The Ray Guy Award winner is determined by a national voting body of sports writers, sports information directors and past Ray Guy Award winners. Over 20 statistical categories are reviewed, compared, discussed and deliberated for each nominee. The winner must display team leadership, self-discipline, and have a positive impact on the team's success.

The Maxwell Award is presented annually to the best all-around college football player as judged by a panel of sportscasters, sportswriters, and National Collegiate Athletic Association head coaches and the membership of the Maxwell Football Club. The award is named after Robert "Tiny" Maxwell, a Swarthmore College football player, coach and sportswriter.

Lott IMPACT Trophy Watch List
Named after Pro Football Hall of Fame member Ronnie Lott, the Lott IMPACT Trophy is awarded to college football's defensive player of the year. The Lott Trophy is the first and only college football award to equally recognize athletic performance and the personal character attributes of the player. The Lott Trophy is given to the player who exhibits the same characteristics Lott embodied during his distinguished career: integrity, maturity, performance, academics, community and tenacity.

John Mackey Award Watch List
Given annually to the most outstanding collegiate tight end, the award recipient is selected by vote of the John Mackey Award Selection Committee. NFL Hall of Fame member John Mackey is considered to be one of the best to have played the tight end position. Mackey was a role model on and off the field as demonstrated by his Super Bowl Championship, his commitment to community and his place in history as the first President of the NFLPA.

Rimington Trophy Watch List
The Rimington Trophy is presented annually to the most outstanding offensive center in college football. Dave Rimington, the award's namesake, was a consensus first team All-America center at Nebraska, where he became the Outland Trophy's only double winner as the nation's finest college interior lineman.

Dodd Trophy Watch List
The Bobby Dodd Coach of the Year Award is an annual college football award given to the FBS head coach whose team excels on the field, in the classroom, and in the community. The award is named for Bobby Dodd, longtime head football coach at Georgia Tech, and was established in 1976 to honor the values that Dodd exemplified. Award recipients are chosen by a selection committee composed of college football experts and all previous recipients.
