More concession stands now accept credit cards, including Discover (Discover is not accepted at the Stanford Athletics ticket office).

The Cardinal merchandise trailer has moved from Gate 8 to corner of Lot 3. All other trailer locations will remain the same.

There also will be merchandise trailers located at the corner of Nelson Road and Cobb Track and Angell Field, and inside Stanford Stadium sections at 109, 135 and 213. The Stanford Stadium Shop is located at section 120. The Stanford Athletics Shop is located behind the stadium of Cobb Track and Angell Field near the visitors' center.

Exterior lights will illuminate Gates 2-13 to guide fans in and out of Stanford Stadium.

Based on season ticket member feedback regarding postgame egress out of the Cardinal Lots -- our exclusive season ticket member parking lots -- we've expanded to Lot 7 to provide an additional option on gameday. The Cardinal Lots now include Lot 7, in addition to Lots 3 and 10. RV parking is available in Lots 7 and 10 (but not Lot 3).

Waze, a traffic and navigation app, is the preferred and most reliable method to assist fans with finding the best ingress and egress routes. Stanford Athletics continues to partner with Stanford Public Safety and the City of Palo Alto Police Department in restructuring its postgame traffic patterns in order to get vehicles out of the area more effectively and efficiently.

There will be a number of special events and pregame fan activities through the season, including Beer Fest (UCLA and Cal), Youth Football Day (UCLA), Cheer Day (UCLA), Cycling Day at Stanford Stadium (Arizona State), cornhole competition (Oregon), Scout Day (Oregon) and Girl Scout Day (Cal). Each contest will feature a season ticket member of the game.

Fans will be entertained by an in-stadium D.J. during pregame warmups. Before kickoff, the Cardinal will run out of the Stanford Stadium tunnel and through a cloud of fog generated by CO2.

Fan Fest will feature a D.J. and emcee, along with brand ambassadors to answer any questions for fans before kickoff.

Fans with season tickets may enter Stanford Stadium in any gate. Gates 6, 9 and 12 are designated exclusively for season ticket members. Exclusive entry access for season ticket members is also available at Gates 2 and 4.

In 2016, Stanford implemented a clear bag policy to provide a safer environment for the public and expedite fan entry into Stanford Stadium. This policy, also in effect for 2017, does not change what you can bring in, only how it can be brought into the facility. Fans may continue to bring in items such as blankets, jackets, permitted food and beverages. The policy limits the size and types of bags permitted. The Pac-12 Conference instituted a postgame field-rushing policy in 2016, which is still in effect. Stanford also implemented a security plan to effectively prevent spectators from rushing the field and throwing objects onto the playing surface.

In the event that field-rushing activities occur within 60 seconds after the completion of a game, an automatic fine shall be assessed to the host institution. If the visiting team, staff members, working personnel, and game officials safely exit from the field during the 60-second time period, the Pac-12 commissioner may waive the fine.

An automatic fine of $25,000 will be assessed for an institution's first offense of field-rushing activities that occur within 60 seconds after completion of a game, $50,000 for a second offense and $100,000 for a third offense.

Please help us keep you safe at Stanford Stadium.
