STANFORD, Calif. – Senior midfielder Andi Sullivan earned a call-up to the United States National Team on Tuesday, as announced by head coach Jill Ellis.

One of 23 players called into the camp, Sullivan joins former Cardinal Jane Campbell, Kelley O'Hara, Christen Press and Chioma Ubogagu in the squad. This marks Ubogagu's first call-up to the full national team – Ubogagu, Sullivan and Campbell were teammates during Stanford's 2014 season.

It is the fourth call-up to the national team for Sullivan, the first coming on Oct. 6, 2016. Most recently, Sullivan was called up on Oct. 11 for the United States' matches against South Korea on Oct. 19 and Oct. 22. She started on Oct. 19, playing the first half before being substituted and returning to The Farm for Stanford's trip to play No. 6 UCLA and No. 5 USC last week.

Sullivan owns two career assists with the national team. She assisted Christen Press' goal in a 5-1 win over Switzerland on Oct. 24, 2016, and assisted a Morgan Brian goal in a win over Romania on Nov. 10. She is scheduled to play Stanford's match against No. 22 California on Friday before joining up with the national team.

Sullivan, along with sophomore Tierna Davidson, was named to the MAC Hermann Trophy watch list in August, and is the reigning Pac-12 Player of the Year. A two-time first-team All-American, Sullivan was a MAC Hermann Trophy finalist in 2016 after being named a semifinalist in 2015.

On Sept. 7, Davidson earned her second call-up to the full national team, training with the side prior to matches against New Zealand on Sept. 15 and Sept. 19. Davidson's first call-up was in January when her, Jordan DiBiasi and former Cardinal Maddie Bauer were invited to train with the senior team following a camp with the U-23 squad.
