Alameen Murphy · Senior · Fort Washington, Md.
Thanksgiving is my father's birthday. I'm most thankful that every time I look at myself in the mirror, I see his face. He passed away over five years ago, and I am thankful he still lives through me. #MURPHYSLAW

David Bright · Fifth-Year Senior · Yorba Linda, Calif.
I am thankful for many things in my life. I am grateful and proud to live in a country protected by brave men and women who put their lives on the line, so we can enjoy our many freedoms. Above all, I am blessed to have a great family that unconditionally supports me and pushes me to be the best in all that I do, and for that, I am the most thankful.

I feel most thankful this week that my family is healthy and always there for me, and that I am able to play the game I love at the best University in the world.

Jet Toner · Sophomore · Honolulu, Hawaii
I'm thankful for my family and the many sacrifices that they have made. Coming from Hawaii, it's hard for my parents to make it to the games, but they have found a way all season long. I'm thankful for my Dad for always being there for me, no matter what (even if it's in the snow in Pullman, Wash.). But most importantly, I'm thankful for my family's unconditional love, a love that you don't find in many other places. My family isn't defined by blood, but rather by those that we love the most. Happy Thanksgiving!

Jesse Burkett · Senior · St. Augustine, Fla.
This holiday season, I'm most thankful to be able to see my friends and family coming out all the way from Florida for our game this week.

Justin Reid · Junior · Prairieville, La.
I feel thankful for my health. I feel thankful for my teammates, coaches and staff of the football program for allowing me to do what I love to do. I am most thankful, though, for my Stanford family and all of the incredible relationships and opportunities I've had over the past few years to grow mentally, emotionally, spiritually and socially.

I appreciate and am thankful for the season ticket members who care for us regardless of our success. They have genuine passion for Stanford, what we represent and who we are. If there is one thing I'll remember most about the Stanford community, it would be those season ticket holders' faces that are always smiling and waving.

Bobby Okekere · Senior · Santa Ana, Calif.
This Thanksgiving, I'm most thankful for my family, friends and football. I've been given this wonderful opportunity to play college football at one of the best universities in the world, and my family and friends have supported my nonstop over my four years here.

Dylan Jackson · Junior · Maryville, Tenn.
This Thanksgiving season, I'm extremely thankful for the love and good health for myself and my family that the Lord has blessed me with throughout the past 21 years. I'm also thankful for the opportunity to represent Stanford on the football field every Saturday with all 100 of my brothers.

Quenton Meeks · Junior · San Diego, Calif.
I'm most thankful for my family. In my good times in my life and my bad times, my family is always there no matter what.

Joey Alfieri · Senior · Portland, Ore.
During the week of Thanksgiving, I look at my life and all the people that helped me get to where I am today. My parents, siblings, teachers and coaches have all played such a huge role in my development as a person, and without them, I wouldn't have the opportunities to further my education and play this game with my brothers at a such a great institution.

Nate Herbig · Sophomore · Kalaheo, Hawaii
I'm thankful for all our troops keeping us safe.

Cameron Scarlett · Junior · Portland, Ore.
I'm most thankful for my family's continuous support. I'm also very thankful for the new opportunities I'm so frequently blessed with.

Jake Bailey · Junior · Solana Beach, Calif.
I feel extremely blessed to have the opportunity to attend Stanford University and play football for this wonderful school. I am also very thankful for the constant love and support my family shows me daily.

Trenton Irwin · Junior · Valencia, Calif.
I'm thankful for the opportunity to play this game with my brothers, day in and day out.

Casey Toohill · Junior · San Diego, Calif.
I am most thankful for my supportive family. My Mom and Dad have sacrificed so much in their own lives, so that I could always have the best opportunities. I owe everything to them, and I would not be at Stanford without them.

Kaden Smith · Sophomore · Flower Mound, Texas
I am thankful for the health of my family and friends and for getting to attend and play football at the best university in the world.

Frank Buncom • Junior • San Diego, Calif.
I am forever grateful to my parents that sacrificed a great deal to raise my siblings and me. I am thankful to be a part of the greatest institution history has seen, Stanford University. Finally, I will always appreciate the blessings the Lord brings into my life.
