Doug Baldwin • WR • Seattle Seahawks • Seventh season • @DougBaldwinJrBaldwin is enjoying another Pro Bowl-caliber season, owning an 87.1 season grade from Pro Football Focus, fourth-highest among wide receivers. This week, Baldwin draws an extremely favorable matchup with Seattle visits San Francisco. This season, the 49ers' minus-26.3 pass coverage rating ranks dead last in the league, according to PFF.
Chrisitan McCaffrey • RB • Carolina Panthers • First season • @run_cmcMcCaffrey returns to action after Carolina's open date. The rookie has three scores in his past two games, and leads NFL running backs with 79 targets and 57 receptions. Since Kelvin Benjamin was dealt to Buffalo, McCaffrey has been a leading player in the Panthers' offense – on the season, McCaffrey's 82.1 overall grade ranks 10th out of 59 eligible running backs. His 92.0 receiving grade leads running backs by nearly five percentage points, and is higher than any wide receiver in the league (Antonio Brown – 90.2).
Andrus Peat • T/G • New Orleans Saints • Third season • @AndrusPeatPeat has drawn praise from teammates and coaches alike, helping New Orleans win eight in a row after an 0-2 start. The Saints' dominant offensive line has been a huge reason for their success, with Peat a mainstay at left guard. This week, Peat and the Saints travel to face the Los Angeles Rams, an unlikely playoff contender. The Rams feature All-Pro interior lineman Aaron Donald, who has been Pro Football Focus' highest-rated defensive lineman over the last three seasons.
