STANFORD, Calif. - Sophomore Katie Drabot won three events while senior Janet Hu prevailed twice and set a pool record to pace No. 1 Stanford women's swimming and diving to a 189-104 victory over No. 13 N.C. State on Friday afternoon at Avery Aquatic Center.

Stanford (3-0) won all but one event and earned its 18th straight dual meet victory, including 12 in a row at home.

Drabot, who also won two events on Thursday, took first in the 200-yard butterfly, 500 freestyle and 200 individual medley. She took first in the fly with a time of 1:54.49, and was three-tenths better than N.C. State senior Hannah Moore in the 500 free (4:43.20). In the final individual event of the day, Drabot and Forde were the only swimmers to break two minutes in the 200 individual medley as Drabot (1:58.66) out-touched her teammate by less than a second (1:59.45).

Hu broke her own pool record in the 100-yard backstroke. The Vienna, Va., native touched the wall at 51.89 to win the event. She broke the record she set last season by two-hundredths of a second.

Hu also won the 100 fly in 52.62 for her fourth win in the last two days – in four different events (she won the 200 back and 50 free on Thursday against Oregon State).

Katie Ledecky also won four different events in two days. The sophomore pulled off the double in the 100 and 1,000 free against the Wolfpack (3-1). She opened the meet with a 20-second victory in the 1,000 free (9:18.19), and about 30 minutes later, won the sprint at 49.25.

At the Maas Diving Center, sophomore Haley Farnsworth swept both events for the second straight time to open the season. She took the crown on the 1-meter with a score of 280.80, and won on the 3-meter with 295.20 points.

Junior Ella Eastin was also a multi-event winner for the Cardinal. She took first in the 200 free (1:46.46) and the 200 breast (2:13.13).

Kim Williams won the 100 breast (1:02.30), Ally Howe was tops in the 200 back (1:54.93), and Stanford posted the top time in both relays for the third time in three meets this season. The Cardinal won the 200 free relay at 1:30.59 and the 200 medley relay at 1:39.56

In two weeks, the Cardinal will compete at the Art Adamson Invitational. Hosted by Texas A&M in College Station, Texas, the meet will run from Nov. 16-18.
