Martinez Back in Action

Players to Watch

Doug Baldwin • WR • Seattle Seahawks • Seventh season • @DougBaldwinJr

Baldwin and Seattle look to bounce back from a rare home loss against Washington when they travel to face Arizona on Thursday night. Baldwin comes off arguably his best game of the season in Week 9, catching seven balls for 108 yards and one touchdown. Last time the Seahawks faced cornerback Patrick Peterson and the Cardinals, Baldwin hauled in 13 passes for 171 yards and one touchdown.

Blake Martinez • ILB • Green Bay Packers • Second season • @Big__Blake50

Martinez has now gone four straight games with double-digit tackles after a 10-tackle performance against Detroit in Week 9. Martinez's 74 tackles ranks third in the NFL, and his 25 defensive stops ranks second only to C.J. Mosley. For linebackers appearing on at least 50 percent of his team's snaps, Martinez's 11.7 run stop percentage leads the league. According to Pro Football Focus, Martinez's 83.3 season grade ranks 11th out of 108 eligible inside linebackers, while his 87.9 grade against the run ranks sixth.

Christian McCaffrey • RB • Carolina Panthers • First season • @run_cmc

McCaffrey's impressive season took another turn when Carolina dealt No. 1 receiver Kelvin Benjamin to Buffalo. Last week, McCaffrey took advantage of Jonathan Stewart's two fumbles and had his best rushing game to date, gaining 66 yards on 15 carries with one touchdown. This week, Carolina hosts Miami on Monday Night Football. McCaffrey leads NFL running backs with 64 catches and Miami ranks 30th in the league in pass coverage, according to Pro Football Focus.

Matchup to Watch

Pittsburgh comes off its bye week to face a struggling Colts team that just lost defensive lineman Henry Anderson for the season with a laryngeal fracture. The injury is a huge blow to Indianapolis – Anderson has been arguably the Colts' best defensive player this season, earning positive ratings from Pro Football Focus in seven of eight appearances. On the other side of the ball, David DeCastro and the Steelers hope to benefit from Anderson's absence – entering Sunday, DeCastro's 91.2 overall grade from Pro Football Focus tops NFL guards, as does his 93.2 grade in run blocking.

Injury Report

  • Henry Anderson was ruled out for the season after undergoing surgery on a fractured larynx. Anderson played through the injury during Sunday's 20-14 win at Houston.
  • Richard Sherman (hamstring) is questionable for Thursday's visit to Arizona.
  • Andrus Peat could see snaps at left tackle with starter Terron Amstead questionable for Sunday's trip to Buffalo.
  • Solomon Thomas (knee) is doubtful against the New York Giants.
