Baldwin led Seattle receivers in targets (7), receptions (5), yards (84) and longest play (47 yards) in a 24-10 win against Philadelphia. Baldwin is quietly putting forth another excellent season, ranking sixth among wide receivers with an 87.5 Pro Football Focus grade, which sits only behind Antonio Brown, Julio Jones, Keenan allen, A.J. Green and DeAndre Hopkins.

Fleming was placed into a starting role during Sunday's 23-3 win over Buffalo, starting and playing nearly every snap at right tackle with the absence of Marcus Cannon. Fleming gave up no pressures on 68 offensive snaps while helping the Patriots rush for 191 yards on 35 rushes (5.5 average).

Martinez logged another strong performance while playing every defensive snap of Green Bay's 26-20 overtime win at Tampa Bay. He finished with a game-high 12 tackles, including seven solo and one on special teams, one quarterback hit and one pass defended. On the season, Martinez's 111 tackles ranks fourth and is six behind Zach Brown's league-leading tally.

McCaffrey scored his sixth touchdown on the season in Carolina's 31-21 loss against New Orleans on Sunday. He finished with five catches -- a team high -- on six targets for 33 yards and a receiving score, and six carries for 16 yards. Appearing on 70 percent of the Panthers' offensive snaps, McCaffrey has four touchdowns in his last four appearances.

Toilolo had one of his more productive games in Atlanta's 14-9 loss against Minnesota, catching both targets for 25 yards while earning an 81.7 grade from Pro Football Focus, the second highest of any Falcon. Toilolo earned a +1.1 PFF rating in run blocking while appearing on 47 percent of offensive snaps and nine special teams plays.

Ertz left with Philadelphia's 24-10 loss at Seattle with a concussion after catching two of four balls for 24 yards. Ertz has already made his case for Pro Bowl selection, ranking fourth among tight ends in receptions (57) and yards (663) with seven touchdowns. His status for Week 14 is up in the air with the tight end still in concussion protocol.
