Zach Ertz and Philadelphia head west to take on the Los Angeles Rams in a battle between two of the NFC's best teams. Ertz's inclusion in the clash is questionable after sustaining a concussion in Week 13 – entering the week, he ranks fourth among tight ends in receptions (57) and yards (663) with seven touchdowns. Should he play, Ertz faces a Rams club allowing the sixth fewest yards to opposing tight ends this season.

San Francisco travels to face a struggling Houston team that owns arguably the worst offensive line in football this season. According to Pro Football Focus, the Texans' 203 total pressures allowed lead the league by 44, while 27 sacks allowed ties with Denver for tops in the league. Houston's aggregate -95.0 pass-blocking rating from PFF ranks last in the league, while its -76.6 run blocking rating ranks 31st. Look for Thomas to get in the backfield when the teams face off on Sunday.
Matchups to Watch
Saints at Falcons & Vikings at Panthers
Two big matchups in the NFC South feature several former Cardinal – New Orleans' Andrus Peat, Atlanta's Austin Hooper and Levine Toilolo and Carolina's Christian McCaffrey. The Saints (9-3) travel to take on the Falcons (7-5) on Thursday Night Football before the Panthers (8-4) play host to Minnesota on Sunday at 10 a.m. PT. Both games could go a long way in deciding the fate of the division with four contests left on the schedule for each club.
Injuries
- Coby Fleener was put on injured reserve after missing practice all of Week 13. Fleener sustained the concussion in a Week-12 visit to the Los Angeles Rams.
- Ty Montgomery landed on season-ending injured reserve with a wrist injury.
- Brennan Scarlett's season ended on Monday, being placed on injured reserve with a foot injury.
