A Stanford softball student-athlete has written a weekly blog in each of the past four seasons to provide fans a behind-the-scenes perspective of the team. This year, sophomore Lauren Frost is taking over the Softblog to chronicle the team's adventures throughout the season. Her 11th entry this year is below.
***Welcome back Stanford softball fans!
Another weekend down and only one left to go! Boy this season sure has flown by.
We had a great time up in Seattle this past weekend taking on the Huskies where we pulled out a win behind the dominant pitching performance of the one-and-only Kiana Pancino, who one-hit the top-10 team!
It was a game I know I won't be forgetting any time soon. You're amazing, Kiana!
In hopes of giving you all a better look into our weekend adventures I decided to test out the GoPro this weekend and show you all the fun we have before games.
It was a blast to film and I'm excited for you to get the chance to have an inside look into some of our more relaxed and favorite moments on the softball field.
