STANFORD, Calif. – The Stanford men's and women's swimming and diving teams will host the programs' annual alumni meet at 5:30 p.m. PT on Oct. 13 in conjunction with the University's annual homecoming weekend.
The alumni meet will pit the "old-timers" against the current teams. A post-meet tailgate will immediately follow the friendly competition on Friday evening.
Throughout the weekend, Stanford will host several other events as part of reunion homecoming. The women's soccer team hosts Washington at 8 p.m. on October 13th, men's water polo hosts Santa Barbara on the 14th and football hosts Oregon later that Saturday with the kickoff time yet to be determined.
The Stanford men's and women's swimming and diving programs have combined to win 84 conference championships and 18 national championships. Last season, both programs collected the Pac-12 championship, and the women's team won its 10th national championship.
