Barrus took his first event title of the year next on parallel bars with a 13.600 as the Cardinal claimed an incredible season-first clean sweep of the event ranking first-sixth for a 68.100 team score and team event title.

The Cardinal will take a break from team competition as it sets to compete in the annual Winter Cup next week in Las Vegas, Nev.
