STANFORD, Calif. – The Cardinal plays host to the Cal lightweight rowing team on Saturday at Redwood Shores, racing varsity four and double boats.
Stanford is coming off a successful weekend at the Western Intercollegiate Rowing Association (WIRA) Championships at Lake Natoma in Gold River, Calif., where the varsity eight successfully defended its Grand Final title. The Cardinal second varsity eight also took first in the Grand Final on April 29.
The Cardinal will return to Lake Natoma after Saturday's dual with Cal for the Pacific Coast Rowing Championships on Saturday, May 12.
