STANFORD, Calif. – Five Stanford men's golf student-athletes were named to the Pac-12 Conference All-Academic team, as announced recently.
Jeffrey Swegle (3.58 grade-point average, math and computational science) was named to the first team. Second-team honors went to Bradley Knox (3.49, symbolic systems) and Henry Shimp (3.66, undeclared).
Franklin Huang and Brandon Wu were named to the honorable mention team.
To be eligible for selection to the academic team, a student-athlete must have a minimum 3.0 overall grade-point average and appear in at least 50 percent of their team's competition.
