Happy Homecoming

STANFORD, Calif. – Junior Grant Shoults placed top-three in four events this past weekend at the Fran Crippen Memorial Swim Meet of Champions in Mission Viejo, California.

Shoults, a native of Mission Viejo, captured the 400-meter freestyle (3:51.82) while adding second-place finishes in the 200-meter freestyle (1:49.76) and 800-meter freestyle (7:58.80), as well as a third-place finish in the 200-meter butterfly (2:00.81).

Senior Matt Anderson was also in action, claiming the 50-meter breaststroke (28.84). Junior True Sweetser added a third-place finish in the 400 free (3:54.35) after swimming the fastest time in qualifying. Sweetser also finished fifth in the 200 free.
