Seven Join the Card

STANFORD, Calif. - With its season opener against defending NCAA champion Connecticut two weeks away, Stanford reports to campus on Wednesday to begin preparations for the 2018 campaign.

Stanford wrapped up the 2017 campaign at 13-8 overall, advancing to the NCAA Tournament for the fourth consecutive year before falling in the first round to Miami (Ohio). The Cardinal captured its second straight conference championship, defeating New Hampshire 4-1 in the America East final.

In addition to its returnees, seven Cardinal freshmen will be arriving on The Farm as introductory meetings and practices get underway later this week.
