Christus added a pair of goals to close the first period, with Phoebe Crosthwaite providing an assist on the first tally.

Stanford, which owned advantages in shots (16-5) and penalty corners (6-2), padded its lead at the 56:48 mark when Jessica Welch made it 4-0 after a scrum near the goal.
