CARY, N.C. – Alana Cook, Jordan DiBiasi, Catarina Macario and Tegan McGrady were named United Soccer Coaches All-Americans, as announced Thursday evening at the College Cup banquet.
Cook, DiBiasi and Macario each earned first-team honors with McGrady picking up third-team recognition. Stanford had the most first-team All-Americans of any school – it was the second All-America honor for Macario and first for Cook, DiBiasi and McGrady.
Cook, a finalist for the 2018 Senior CLASS Award and semifinalist for the MAC Hermann Trophy, has started all 92 games since her arrival at Stanford in 2015. A two-year captain (2017-18), Cook was named Pac-12 Defender of the Year in 2018 to go along with first-team All-Pac-12 and CoSIDA Academic All-District 8 first-team honors.

On track to graduate with a degree in Symbolic Systems, she has led the Cardinal to four consecutive Pac-12 championships, also captaining the Cardinal to its second national championship in 2017 – Stanford finished the 2017 campaign going 1,988:59 minutes without allowing a goal from open play.
DiBiasi, the 2018 Pac-12 Midfielder of the Year and a Hermann Trophy semifinalist, joining fellow team captain Cook. Appearing in 91 of 92 games since her freshman season, including 90 starts, DiBiasi has 31 career goals, 15 of which are game winners. In 2018, she has set career highs in goals (10) and points (30) while tying her 2017 career high in assists (10).
A member of the 2018 All-Pac-12 first team and CoSIDA Academic All-District 8 first team, DiBiasi was a member of the 2017 College Cup All-Tournament team after scoring both of Stanford's goals in a 2-0 win over South Carolina in the College Cup semifinal (Dec. 1, 2017).
Macario, who has claimed Pac-12 Forward of the Year in each of her two seasons at Stanford, leads the Cardinal in goals (14) and points (36) heading into the College Cup despite making only 12 starts in 18 total appearances. A member of the All-Pac-12 first team and CoSIDA Academic All-District 8 first team, Macario led Pac-12 play in goals per game (1.12), points per game (2.50), game-winning goals (3) and shots per game.
As a freshman in 2017, Macario took home ESPNW Player of the Year honors after leading the nation in points (50) and assists (16) to go along with first-team All-America and TopDrawerSoccer Best XI first team honors. Her nine career postseason assists are a program record, surpassing the previous mark shared by Christen Press and Chioma Ubagagu (7). Macario was also named a MAC Hermann Trophy semifinalist for the second time in 2018.
McGrady, a member of the United States national team, is Stanford's first-choice left back and a member of the All-Pac-12 first team. McGrady made her national team debut on April 8 against Mexico and was picked for the MAC Hermann Trophy preseason watch list.
A member of the United Coaches All-Pacific Region first team, McGrady has one goal and two assists in 18 appearances during her 2018 senior season. Last season, McGrady picked up All-Pac-12 second team and College Cup All-Tournament team honors. Along with Cook and DiBiasi, McGrady has helped the Cardinal achieve an 82-5-5 record during her four seasons.
Stanford takes on Florida State on Friday in the College Cup semifinal at 4:30 p.m. PT. Should the Cardinal advance, Sunday's final takes place at 10 a.m. Both contests will air on ESPNU.
