STANFORD, Calif. – Seniors Alana Cook, Jordan DiBiasi, Alison Jahansouz and Tegan McGrady were each named Academic All-America by United Soccer Coaches, as announced Tuesday.

Cook (symbolic systems), DiBiasi (science, technology and society) and McGrady (communication) each earned first-team honors with Jahansouz (computer science, M.A.) being named to the third team.

The Cardinal's four Academic All-America nods are the most of any school with Stanford the only Pac-12 program represented on any of the three teams. Stanford's three first teamers and four total selections are also the most of any school. It is the second time in program history the Cardinal has had four United Soccer Coaches Academic All-Americans (2009) and the first time since 2010 it has had multiple honorees. On Monday, Cook, DiBiasi, McGrady and Jahansouz were each named to the United Soccer Coaches' Academic All-Region first team.

Cook finishes her Stanford career having started all 93 games since her freshman season in 2015. A MAC Hermann Trophy semifinalist and Senior CLASS Award finalist, Cook was named Pac-12 Defender of the Year, first-team All-America, and CoSIDA Academic All-America third team after captaining Stanford for her junior and senior seasons.

DiBiasi was recently named a MAC Hermann Trophy finalist after appearing in 92 of 93 games during her four-year career. A member of the United Coaches All-America first team, DiBiasi earned Pac-12 Midfielder of the Year, All-Pacific Region first team and CoSIDA Academic All-District 8 first team honors while serving as team captain during the 2018 season.

McGrady earned third-team All-America honors after a distinguished four-year career on The Farm, which culminated in a strong senior season. McGrady was named All-Pac-12 first team and United Coaches All-Pacific Region first team, having been named to the MAC Hermann Trophy watch list in August after making her full United States National Team debut on April 8 against Mexico.

Jahansouz was named All-Pac-12 second team and United Coaches All-Pacific Region second team after finishing with a 0.50 goals-against average, 0.844 save percentage and 11 shutouts in 20 starts. Jahansouz's 23 career shutouts rank seventh in program history, while her career 0.50 goals-against average ranks sixth in Pac-12 conference history.
