Q: Who was your favorite swimmer growing up?
A: Aaron Peirsol. 

Q: If you were never introduced to swimming, what sport would you want to play?
A: Tennis. 

Q: Favorite movie?
A: "Stand By Me" 

Q: What is the best gift you have ever received or given?
A: I haven't received it yet, but my dad owes me a dog. 

Q: What is your favorite holiday?
A: Easter. 

Q: What would your childhood self say to you if you told them you were swimming at Stanford?
A: "Sweet, how'd you pull that off?" 

Q: What is your favorite city that you've been to, and why?
A: Dijon, France. It had all the history and beauty of the stereotypical European city but not the crowds of tourists. 

Q: What's your favorite season?
A: Winter in the northeast.
 
Q: What was the last book you read?
A: Unbroken. The book is much better than the movie. 

Q: Who's your role model?
A: I don't just have one – I look up to my parents and my siblings.
