STANFORD, Calif. – No. 7 Stanford opens the NCAA Men's Swimming and Diving Championships on Wednesday at the Lee and Joe Jamail Texas Swim Center in Austin.

The Cardinal (5-1, 4-1 Pac-12) most recently finished second at the Pac-12 Conference Championships – it was the 38th consecutive season Stanford has finished top-two at the conference meet. Last season, the Cardinal finished seventh with 205 points at NCAA's, highlighted by Abrahm DeVine's school-record 3:35.29 in the 400-yard individual medley, good for Stanford's first individual championship since 2015.

All evening finals sessions will broadcast on ESPN3, starting at 4 p.m. PT on all four days of competition. Morning preliminary sessions will begin at 8 a.m. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Live streaming of all three preliminary sessions as well as live results for all events will be available at GoStanford.com.

Travel Squad Set
Seventeen student-athletes will make the trip to Austin – 11 invited swimmers, two divers and four relay alternates. Invited swimmers and divers include include Matt Anderson, Johannes Calloni, Conor Casey, Patrick Conaton, Abrahm DeVine, Matthew Hirschberger, Alex Liang, James Murphy, Brennan Pastorek, Hank Poppe, Daniel Roy, True Sweetser and Noah Vigran. Cole Cogswell, Brad Zdroik, Benjamin Ho and Mason Gonzalez will also make the trip as relay alternates.
