STANFORD, Calif. – It's lacrosse season on The Farm. Fall ball season, at least. Stanford lacrosse will play five Fall weekends which includes a trip to the East Coast and several of the nation's top teams.

The Danielle Spencer era begins on Sept. 28 when the Cardinal plays for the first time under its new head coach.
The Cardinal will host a weekend at Cagan Stadium on Oct. 20, and will then head East to take on several of the nation's top teams, including Maryland, Florida and Virginia.
Other Stanford opponents this Fall will include Fresno State, UC Davis and Cal, while several other opponents are still to be determined.
Last season, Stanford finished 13-6 and reached the NCAA Tournament for the second straight year. The Cardinal returns its top four scorers, as well as nine of 11 starters and its starting goalkeeper.
