STANFORD, Calif.– After two weekends away from The Farm, No. 13 Stanford (2-5) kicks off its home slate this weekend with a pair of doubleheaders. Stanford takes on UC Davis at 11 a.m. and No. 11 California at 2 p.m. on Saturday and No. 20 Saint Mary's at 1:30 p.m. and San Jose State at 3 p.m. on Sunday.
The Cardinal won its first two matches of the season this past weekend in Tucson, Arizona, at the Pac-12 South Invitational, defeating conference rivals Oregon and No. 14 Arizona.
Stanford begins its weekend at home with a match against first-year program UC Davis. The Aggies swept their inaugural opening matches and enter Saturday's matchup against the Cardinal with a 2-0 mark.
The Cardinal takes on its Bar Area foe California on Saturday afternoon in a rematch of last year's Big Spike when Stanford fell 3-2. For the past two seasons, Stanford has split its four meetings against Cal.
Moving ahead to Sunday, Stanford plays Saint Mary's for the second time this season. The Gaels defeated the Cardinal, 5-0, in Honolulu at the Outrigger Duke Kahanamoku Beach Classic for Stanford's opening weekend.
Stanford finishes its weekend at home with a match against San Jose State.
Sunday's matches will be aired on the Pac-12 Networks.
