STANFORD, Calif. – Stanford's Nov. 9 game at San Francisco will be played at Chase Center, the new home of the Golden State Warriors in Mission Bay. Time and ticket information will be released in the coming weeks.
The game is part of a doubleheader at the state-of-the-art arena alongside a men's matchup between USF and Princeton. They will be the first college basketball games played at the venue, which opens its doors to the public with a concert on Sept. 6.
Stanford checks in at No. 3 in ESPN's early women's college basketball rankings and will host Oregon, Oregon State and UCLA in addition to Ohio State and Tennessee as part of its impressive home schedule next year. Season ticket membership deposits and group deposits are currently being accepted for 2019-20.
For those interested in season ticket memberships, a $50 per-seat deposit (non-refundable) will ensure that you are able to choose from the best seats available, soon after current season ticket members have a chance to renew. Deposits will be applied to the final ticket purchase total.
Stanford returns four starters and 11 letterwinners to a team that went 31-5, won its 13thPac-12 Tournament title and advanced to the program's 20th Elite Eight in 2018-19.
