LOS ANGELES - Stanford's divers produced several impressive performances over the weekend at the Bruin Diving Invitational.

The Cardinal was led by Carolina Sculti, who posted the top mark in Saturday's 3-meter diving championship on the second day of competition. Sculti's combined score of 657.30 led the pack ahead of second-place finisher Daphne Wils (656.15) of Hawai'i. Sculti produced a total of 296.15 in the preliminary round.

Mia Paulsen placed eighth in the final with a score of 574.85 after checking in with a 296.15 performance in the preliminary round. Daria Lenz fell two spots shy of the cut for the final round.

In Sunday's platform final, Paulsen came away with a runner-up finish with a total of 550.30 despite leading all divers in the preliminary round at 285.50. Wyoming's Melissa Mirafuentes was crowned the winner with a score of 561.10 in the final.

Lenz placed sixth in the final with a mark of 470.60 while Julia Wortman was 12th at 394.20.

In Friday's 1-meter competition, Sculti placed third in the final with a total of 584.10. Lenz placed fifth (561.10) while Paulsen finished 11th (525.40).
