Spring Tennis Arrives

  • Stanford enters the spring season as the No. 12 team in the country, and the third-highest ranked team in the Pac-12.
  • The Cardinal returns three All-Pac-12 honorees from 2019 in Axel Geller (first team), Alexandre Rotsaert (second team) and William Genesen (honorable mention). Geller was also an ITA All-America honoree.
  • Facing off with UC Davis for the sixth time in program history, Stanford will look to remain undefeated. The program moved to 5-0 9n 2018 with a 4-0 victory.
  • The team finished a successful fall slate at the ITA Fall Championships with a second round appearance for Sangeet Srihar. Rotsaert kicked off the 2019-20 campaign with a semifinals showing at the ITA All-American Championships.
  • UC Davis is the first of 14 opponents to visit the Taube Family Tennis Center this season.
  • Paul Goldstein, the Taube Family Director of Men's Tennis, stands just seven victories away from becoming the third head coach in program history to reach 100 career wins.
