STANFORD, Calif. - The Cardinal continued its tradition of success in the classroom, landing 20 on the America East Conference Honor Roll, including 14 on the Commissioner's Honor Roll with GPAs above 3.50.
A conference record 823 fall athletes from the America East earned spots on the honor roll, as the league as bested its previous high for three straight years.
Emma Alderton, Frances Carstens, Liz Heckard, Caroline Reinhart, Hannah Schofield and Emily Surgent all earned spots on the conference's honor roll, while Kelsey Bing (2019 Fall Scholar-Athlete), Madison Connell, Lily Croddick, Phoebe Crosthwaite, Megan Frost, Kaylie Mings, Isabelle Pilson, Juli Porto, Hannah Santos, Fenella Scutt, Lynn Vanderstichele, Jessica Welch, Rose Winter and Corinne Zanolli were all named to the Commissioner's Honor Roll.
Stanford claimed the America East title in 2019, earning a bid to the NCAA Tournament for the 11th time in the last 13 seasons. The Cardinal also boasted the league's top offensive player (Zanolli) and goalkeeper (Bing).
