Hampshire Honor Society

IRVING, Texas – Four Cardinal were named to the National Football Foundation's 2020 Hampshire Honor Society on Wednesday morning. The Hampshire Honor Society is comprised of players from all divisions of college football who maintain a cumulative 3.2 GPA or better throughout their college careers. This year, Ryan Beecher, Richard McNitzky, Cameron Scarlett and Casey Toohill were honored.
 
To be eligible, student-athletes must have completed their final year of eligibility in 2019 or be a graduated player who will not return. In addition to maintaining a 3.2 GPA throughout their career, they must have been a starter or significant contributor throughout the 2019 season.
 
Beecher majored in history, McNitzky and Toohill in political science and Scarlett in science, technology and society.
