STANFORD, Calif. – Fresh off four straight road wins to complete the regular season at 4-2 overall, 15 Cardinal garnered All-Pac-12 recognition on Tuesday afternoon. Thomas Booker, Drew Dalman and Simi Fehoko earned first-team honors, while Booker and Jet Toner were named to the second team.
Booker, a junior from Ellicott City, Md., earned first-team recognition at the all-purpose/special teams spot while garnering second-team attention for his play on the defensive line. Booker made his mark on the Cardinal special teams units with two blocked PATs in back-to-back weeks, the first of which clinched a one-point Big Game win for Stanford. A captain, Booker also had 21 tackles, three for loss, a sack, two pass breakups and a fumble recovery in six games. Last season Booker was named honorable mention All-Pac-12.
Dalman, a senior for Salinas, Calif., led the resurgence of the Tunnel Workers Union. Dalman's grade of 84.8 from Pro Football Focus was the highest among all centers in the Pac-12. Behind Dalman, who has started 18 consecutive games for the Cardinal, Stanford averaged 420.2 yards per game, including 287.3 yards per game through the air and 132.8 on the ground. Stanford was much-improved on third down (48% in 2020 vs. 39% in 2019) and red-zone offense (78% TDs in 2020 vs. 47% TDs in 2019). Dalman earned second team All-Pac-12 in 2019.
Fehoko, a junior from Sandy, Utah, is fresh off a school-record 16 receptions for 230 yards and three touchdowns, helping lead the Cardinal from behind to a two-overtime win at UCLA. Fehoko's 230 yards were the third-most in school history. Fehoko finished with 37 receptions for 584 yards and three touchdowns. His 584 yards led the Pac-12, as did his 97.3 yards per game.
Toner, a fifth-year from Honolulu, Hawaii, had a strong season coming back from last season's injury. He finished the season 7-of-11 on field goal attempts, making the final seven after missing all four in the season opener. Despite a missed PAT at UCLA, Toner set a new school record with 113 consecutive made PATs prior to that miss. He is now 118-of-119 (.992) in his career for PATS, the fifth-most makes in school history, while his 280 career points are third in Stanford history. This year marks the third time in his career he has earned All-Pac-12 honors.
Honorable Mention Notables
Malik Antoine: Captain finished third on the team with 38 tackles, while adding one sack, one interception and three pass breakups.
Houston Heimuli: Led the way for the Cardinal running backs, helping the rushing attack total 15 TDs on the ground in just six games vs. just eight rushing touchdowns in 2019 over 12 total games. He also added three catches, one for a two-point conversion at Oregon State.
Austin Jones: Led the Pac-12 with nine rushing touchdowns, tied for 22nd nationally and second most among all players who played in six games or less. Finished with 550 rushing yards and added 156 receiving yards on 21 catches.
Kyu Blu Kelly: Sophomore finished with 20 tackles and one pass breakup in five games played and started.
Davis Mills: Started the final five games, finishing 129-of-195 (66.2%) for 1,508 yards and 10 total touchdowns (7 passing, 3 rushing). His 301.6 passing yards per game was second best in the Pac-12.
Nathaniel Peat: Sophomore dynamic running back returned 16 kicks for 398 yards, an average of 24.9 yards per return, while adding 204 rushing yards and a touchdown.
Curtis Robinson: Captain led the Cardinal with 44 tackles and had three tackles for loss, while adding a forced fumble, a fumble recovery and a pass breakup.
Walter Rouse: Started all six games at left tackle, extending his streak to 17 consecutive starts, while helping the Cardinal offense to a much-improved season at 420.2 yards per game and 29.3 points per game.
Ryan Sanborn: Sophomore punted 23 times with nine inside the 20 and seven fair caught, while booming three over 50 yards en route to an average of 39.0 yards per punt.
Thomas Schaffer: Started all six games on the defensive line and finished with 20 tackles, tied for the team lead with four tackles for loss, led the Cardinal with three sacks and added one QB hurry.
Michael Wilson: Played in just 3.5 games, finishing third on the team with both 19 receptions for 261 yards, while adding a receiving touchdown against Colorado.
