- No. 37/29 Stanford is off to a 6-3 start (3-0 Pac-12) on the season, with wins over Santa Clara, Saint Mary's, Utah, UC Davis, Arizona and Arizona State. The opening win over the Broncos came after 374 days between events.
- Starting April 7, the ITA began publishing two versions (computerized and coaches) of the national team rankings. The Cardinal jumped 37 spots to No. 37 in this week's computerized rankings and debuts at No. 29 in the coaches poll. The ITA will be providing both sets of data to the NCAA Selection Committee.
- After another tremendous weekend, Arthur Fery was named the Pac-12 Player of the Week for March 29-April 4. Fery went 3-0 in singles, including a win over the nation's No. 15 singles player, and won both of his doubles matches.
- Fery leads the team with eight singles wins, while Timothy Sah ranks second with five. 11 athletes have at least one victory. Five tandems have a pair of doubles wins, with the pair of Fery and Alexandre Rotsaert holding a team-leading four victories together.
- Stanford returned its entire roster from a year ago, and added the top recruiting class in the country: Tristan Boyer (Altadena, CA), Aryan Chaudhary (Santa Clara, CA), Arthur Fery (Wimbledon, UK) and Alex Lee (Oak Brook, IL).
- Paul Goldstein has established himself among Stanford’s elite men’s tennis coaches in the program’s rich history. In six-plus seasons as the Cardinal mentor, Goldstein’s teams have posted a 107-46 record with a national ranking and a berth in the NCAA Championships in each of his first five seasons.
- Stanford was edged by UCLA earlier this season, 4-3, in a non-conference meeting in Los Angeles.
